By accessing and using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

This site is informational and commercial. It presents Paradoxon LLC's software products, allows you to contact the company, and, in future phases, will allow managing licenses and purchases.

2. Acceptable use

  1. Use the site lawfully and respectfully.
  2. Do not attempt to damage, overload, or interfere with the site’s operation.
  3. Do not use bots or scrapers to mass-extract content without authorization.
  4. Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, trademarks, visible code, logos) is the property of Paradoxon LLC or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorization is not permitted.

4. Products and availability

Some products may be in beta or marked as coming soon. Features, pricing, and release dates may change without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." Paradoxon LLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Changes

Paradoxon LLC may update these terms at any time. The version in effect will be the one published on this page with its update date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction where Paradoxon LLC has its principal place of business. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

8. SMS notification service

Paradoxon Assistant includes a transactional SMS notification service for the customers of the businesses that use it. Notices are sent only to those who accepted receiving them when registering their order, are limited to the status of that order, and can be canceled by replying STOP. Data handling details are in the privacy policy.

Note: this text is a clear operational version. Before enabling commerce or processing payments, review by local legal counsel is recommended.

Paradoxon Assistant may send anonymous usage data if the customer expressly allows it. That consent is voluntary, can be withdrawn at any time from Settings → Notices and privacy, and withdrawing it does not limit any feature of the program. What is sent and what is not is detailed in the privacy policy.

Refund policy

The free trial is your evaluation period. Every Paradoxon LLC product offers a 14-day free trial with all features, no card required and no commitment, so you can evaluate the software in your own shop before paying. For that reason, all sales are final: by purchasing a license you confirm that you already tried the software and are making an informed decision.

No refunds are offered. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, Paradoxon LLC does not issue refunds for change of mind, for the buyer's personal circumstances, or for features that the free trial already allowed you to evaluate.

Exceptions at Paradoxon LLC's sole discretion. Paradoxon LLC may, at its sole discretion and without creating any obligation or precedent, address cases such as: (a) duplicate purchases made by mistake, or (b) technical failures attributable to the software that support cannot resolve within a reasonable time. Write to [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank: most cases are solved in the first email.

Every refund revokes the license. If a refund is granted, in whole or in part, the associated license key is immediately revoked and the software returns to its unlicensed state. It is not possible to keep an active license whose payment was refunded.

European Union buyers. If the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content applies to you, by completing the purchase you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, with that consent, you lose the right of withdrawal under the applicable rules.

Third-party services (SMS and email)

The software can connect to external providers for sending SMS and email (for example, an SMS provider or a mail server). Those accounts belong to the customer and are the customer's sole responsibility: contracting, enabling, configuring, completing any verification or accreditation the provider requires, keeping them funded, and paying their fees. Paradoxon LLC is not a party to the relationship between the customer and their provider, does not guarantee message delivery (it depends on the provider, the sender number type, and the destination country), and is not liable for costs, blocks, penalties, or delivery failures originating in the customer's provider account. Paradoxon support covers configuration inside the application; managing the provider account is up to the customer.
